GuildSeen

This addon adds a new slash command, /seen, that will look up whether or not the name (or partial name) passed as an option is online. If the player is offline, it displays how long its been since they last logged on.
Example

/seen JoeUser JoeUser is currently online! /seen JoeSchmoe JoeSchmoe was last seen 1 day, 2 hours ago.
